BNP Paribas: closing of securitisation vehicle

(CercleFinance.com) - BNP Paribas Asset Management announces the closing of BNPP AM Euro CLO 2019 BV, a 407.
5 million euro securitisation vehicle invested in a diversified portfolio of syndicated loans to European companies.

The portfolio primarily consists of Senior Secured Loans, with the balance consisting of subordinated loans, mezzanine loans and/or corporate bonds. Seven categories of securities are rated by Moody's and Fitch, with different levels.

BNP Paribas Corporate & Institutional Banking has structured the transaction and successfully placed all tranches of the CLO with a high oversubscription from a wide range of European and Asian institutional investors.
