BNP Paribas: to step up digital transformation.

(CercleFinance.com) - BNP Paribas intends to invest three billion euros in a plan for digital transformation and improvements in its operational efficiency, the bank announced on Monday.


The announcement comes as the group will detail at its investor day in Paris today its 2020 development plan that it unveiled in February.

For the record, the "BNP Paribas 2020" program plans to accelerate the group's transformation, with the bank wishing to position itself as a European “reference” bank in a banking sector that is in the middle of a rapid transformation.
