Société Générale: acquires 100% of Cegelease

(CercleFinance.com) - Société Générale (SG), through its subsidiary Franfinance, has announced the acquisition of 100% of Cegelease, a specialist in the rental of equipment to health professionals.


This transaction will enable Franfinance to strengthen its presence in the medical market, capitalising on the strong Cegelease network which includes some 500 suppliers and about 25,000 customers, while continuing its development and profitable growth, SG announced.

Cegelease mainly works with pharmacists, opticians, dentists, doctors and even nurses.
