Dassault Systèmes: finalises acquisition of No Magic

(CercleFinance.com) - Dassault Systèmes has announced the finalisation of its acquisition of No Magic, a specialist in systems engineering based on models and modelling architecture for software, systems and business processes.


The signature was announced on 25 October 2017 and the deal was closed after the finalisation of usual conditions precedent and particularly the approval of foreign investments in the US and Lithuania.

No Magic is based in Allen, Texas, and has offices in Lithuania and Thailand. Its acquisition enables Dassault Systèmes to reinforce its industry solution experiences by spreading the use of systems engineering to develop the Internet of Experiences.
