Publicis: Arthur Sadoun reappointed Chairman

(CercleFinance.com) - Publicis' Supervisory Board has renewed the term of office of Arthur Sadoun as Chairman of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer for four years.


It also renewed the terms of office of Anne-Gabrielle Heilbronner, General Secretary, and Michel-Alain Proch, Chief Financial Officer, as members of the Management Board for a period of four years.

The management team has been strengthened with the creation of a Management Board. This new management team includes Agathe Bousquet, President France of Publicis Groupe, Dave Penski, CEO Publicis Media US, Carla Serrano, Director of Strategy of Publicis Groupe and Nigel Vaz, CEO Publicis Sapient.
