Publicis: approves dividend cut at AGM

(CercleFinance.com) - Publicis has announced that its combined general meeting, which was held behind closed doors, has approved the payment of a dividend of 1.
15 euro per share. In accordance with the proposal submitted by the Executive Board this is half the originally planned dividend.

The dividend's payment may be made, on the choice of shareholders, either in new shares or in cash. On an exceptional basis, it has been decided to postpone the cash payment of the dividend and the delivery of new shares until 28 September.

Thus, the dividend will be detached on 7 September and the option for its payment in shares will be exercised between 9 and 22 September. The issue price of shares distributed for the dividend has been set at 24.46 euros.
