Eiffage: sells three buildings to Foncière Magellan

(CercleFinance.com) - Eiffage Aménagement has announced that it has sold, to Foncière Magellan, three occupied and active industrial buildings totaling 56,000 m2 on the Rennes-La Janais site, in Saint-Jacques-de-la-Lande and Chartres-de-Bretagne.


The three buildings - one of which is occupied by B3 Ecodesign, a subsidiary of Eiffage Construction - will be retained and their activities, which are focused on low-carbon construction and sustainable mobility, will be maintained.

In addition, Eiffage has said that the rest of the land, which covers nearly 21 hectares, will be the subject of a vast development operation. Together with Eiffage Immobilier, Eiffage Aménagement will develop a new business park that has a surface area of almost 40,000 m², enhanced by planted areas.
