Eiffage: refinancing operation for APRR and Eiffarie

(CercleFinance.com) - Eiffage announces that APRR and Eiffarie have refinanced their credit lines contracted in 2015, which are due to expire in February 2022.

The operation was more than 50% oversubscribed to by a syndicate of 18 banks, and totals 3.07 billion euros.

It includes a revolving credit line intended for APRR for two billion euros and a term credit line at Eiffarie with an initial amount of 1.07 billion euros. These two lines have a term of five years, with two possible extensions of one year each.

As Eiffage initiated this in May 2019, the margin of these credit facilities will in part depend on the performance of APRR in two extra-financial areas, i.e. occupational safety and the reduction of its CO2 footprint.
