Eiffage: contract for Olympic Village of Paris 2024

(CercleFinance.com) - Eiffage Immobilier announces that, in partnership with Nexity, CDC Habitat, EDF and Groupe Groupama, it has won sector E of the athletes' village of the Olympic and Paralympic Games in Paris 2024, located in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine (Seine-Saint-Denis).


Sector E covers approximately 53,000 m2 of floor space for 525 housing units, an office block, a nursery and business and commercial premises which should accommodate slightly over 2,500 athletes and para-athletes in the summer of 2024.

The consortium will federate over 50 French companies involved in a low carbon approach and spread throughout the territory. In particular it proposes an economical construction method, mixing wood and low carbon concrete, built by Eiffage Construction.
