Eiffage: Oddo raises target price

(CercleFinance.com) - Oddo confirms its buy rating on the Eiffage share, and has raised its corresponding target price to 110 euros (vs.
103 euros).
Analysts believe that the share is trading at an attractive valuation, while the risks associated with external growth seem exaggerated.

At the roadshow Oddo organized in Paris, Eiffage's management was particularly reassuring about both the operational dynamics (contract volumes, improvements in margins, motorway traffic) and its external growth strategy, the broker says.

Analysts also believe that Eiffage Energie's margin will continue to grow thanks to continued restructuring in underperforming regions. Finally, Oddo says that the Infrastructure division should benefit from dynamic volumes.
