Valéo: group share NI down 10% to E453 million

(CercleFinance.com) - Consolidated turnover reaches 9,863 million euros in the first half of the year.
It is up 9% at constant exchange rates and 3% at constant scope and exchange rates.

Orders increased to reach a total of 18.7 billion euros in the first half of 2018.

Gross margins grew to 1,998 million euros. This represents 20.3% of turnover, up 3% compared to the 1st half of 2017.

Operating income came to 709 million euros, or 7.2% of turnover, down 3% compared to the first half of 2017. Group share of net income was 453 million euros, or 4.6% of turnover, down 10% compared to the first half of 2017.
