Lagardère: result of reopened takeover bid

(CercleFinance.com) - Euronext Paris has informed the AMF that on 9 June, the final date set for the submission of orders for the reopening of its takeover bid, Vivendi held 80,943,768 Lagardère shares, i.
e. 57.35% of its share capital and 47.33% of the voting rights.

It received 2,715,370 shares in the main offer and 20,245,979 shares in the subsidiary offer. The shares tendered to the subsidiary offer will be returned to the shareholders, together with their respective transfer rights.

As a reminder, the tender offer was reopened from 27 May to 9 June inclusive. As of 20 May, Vivendi held 78,228,398 Lagardère shares, representing 55.43% of the publishing and media group's capital and 45.85% of its voting rights.
