Lagardère: Schroders IM's stake below 5% of capital

(CercleFinance.com) - Schroders Investment Management Limited, acting on behalf of clients and funds under its management, has informed the AMF that on 11 October it has cut its stake to under the threshold of 5% of Lagardère SCA's capital and that it now holds, on behalf of the said clients and funds, 4.
97% of the group's capital and 3.67% of its voting rights.

This threshold has been crossed due to the sale of Lagardère shares on the market.
