Lagardère: files complaint for insider dealing

(CercleFinance.com) - Following an article featuring in the French business daily Les Echos, Lagardère confirms that on 7 June it filed a complaint against X, with the national financial prosecution of the Chief of insider dealing, and all related Offences.


The group explains that this filing follows the discovery of suspicious movements recorded on its share during its AGM of 3 May. It has already taken and will undertake all the necessary steps to obtain compensation for the harm it has suffered.
