Vivendi: acquires stake in Progressif Media

(CercleFinance.com) - Vivendi has announced that it has decided to support the digital communications group Progressif Media, which specialises in the design and implementation of social network campaigns, by acquiring an 8.
5% stake.

Vivendi will acquire this stake from ZeWatchers, which will hold 30%, while the three founders of Progressif Media, Emile Duport, David Bonhomme and Thomas Ghys, will still hold 60%.

Combining the business of a communications agency and the publishing of print and web content programmes, Progressif Media builds, leads and monetises active communities around the major challenges of our time, it said.
