Vivendi: now has 45.13% of Lagardère's capital

(CercleFinance.com) - As expected, Vivendi today announced that it has acquired the 24,685,108 Lagardère shares held by Amber Capital for a price of 24.
10 euros each.

Vivendi now holds 63,693,239 Lagardère shares, representing 45.13% of its total share capital.

Vivendi will file a tender offer for all Lagardère shares in February 2022 at a price of 24.10 euros, i.e. the price per share paid to Amber Capital.
