Vivendi: Oddo still a buyer, cuts target price

(CercleFinance.com) - Oddo BHF has reiterated its "outperform" rating on the Bolloré and Vivendi shares, having increased its target price from 6.
5 euros to 7 euros for the former, although reducing it from 14.5 euros to 13.8 euros for the latter (with a holding discount increased to 25%).

The broker now recommends investors prefer the Bolloré share, which offers greater potential for both operational (momentum in transport) and strategic (potential offer for Vivendi via UMG shares) reasons.

In the transport commission, the analysis of competitors leads us to believe that the upbeat momentum in the maritime sector will continue for several quarters, enabling Bolloré to benefit from high prices (with a strong leverage effect), the analyst says.

Both shares are currently up almost 1% in early trading in Paris.
