Vivendi: now holds over 20% of Lagardere's capital

(CercleFinance.com) - Vivendi has informed the AMF that on 8 July 2020 it has exceeded the threshold of 15% of the voting rights of Lagardère SCA, and then the day after, on 9 July, it exceeded the threshold of 20% of its share capital and that, as of 14 July 2020, it held 27,791,654 Lagardère SCA shares, representing the same number of voting rights, i.
e. 21.19% of its share capital and 16.01% of its voting rights.

These thresholds were crossed as a result of purchases of Lagardère SCA shares on the market.
