Vivendi: Vincent Bollaré to leave supervisory board

(CercleFinance.com) - Alongside the presentation of its annual accounts, Vivendi last night announced upcoming changes in its governance.


The shareholder general meeting of 15 April will have to decide on the replacement, on the supervisory board chaired by Yannick Bolloré, of Vincent Bolloré by another of his sons, Cyrille Bolloré.

Remember that the Bolloré group (of which Vincent Bolloré remains Chairman and CEO) is Vivendi's largest shareholder, with around 20.5% of its capital and nearly 30% of its gross voting rights.
