Vivendi: sells stake in Ubisoft for 2 billion euros

(CercleFinance.com) - On Tuesday Vivendi announced the conclusion of agreements for the sale of its stake in Ubisoft.

A total of 30,489,300 shares, or 27.27% of the capital are being sold for a total of 2 billion euros.

This stake has been acquired over the past three years for a total of 794 million euros.

18,368,088 shares will be sold to professional investors through a private placement by way of an accelerated construction of an order book, including 9,379,347 shares to investors already identified by Ubisoft.
