Zodiac: public offer will end on 31 January

(CercleFinance.com) - The AMF has announced that Safran's public offer on Zodiac Aerospace shares, which has been open since 27 December 2017, will end on 31 January 2018.


Euronext Paris will announce the terms for the offer to be completed, along with a detailed schedule.

On 12 January, it was informed of the approval of the merger between both the aeronautical equipment manufacturers by the Brazilian Competition Authority (CADE) and the absence of any opposition to this authorisation.
