Casino: delivery of platform to Monoprix

(CercleFinance.com) - Argan announces the delivery of a new building to Monoprix, part of the Casino group, in Fleury-Mérogis near Paris.


With a floor surface area of 39,000 m2, complete with a mezzanine of 26,000 m2, the building will be let to the Casino group for a fixed term of 12 years. 

It will be used for logistics purposes by the food e-commerce activities of Monoprix, first for the Greater Paris region, before expanding to Northern France.
