Casino: signs agreement to sell real estate

(CercleFinance.com) - Casino announces that on 17 October it signed, a synallagmatic agreement for the disposal to AG2R La Mondiale of a portfolio of real estate assets comprising the walls of 14 Monoprix stores with a geographical mix representative of the Monoprix's overall footprint.


After deducting registration fees, the transaction is for a net amount of 180 million euros for an annual rent of 8.6 million euros. The proceeds from the disposal will be received by January 2019.
