Casino: increases its EBITDA targets.
(CercleFinance.com) - Casino increases its guidance for EBITDA growth to at least 20% at the closing rates of 30 June 2017.
In France it is now aiming for growth of over 15% of EBITDA for food retail. The distribution group is reporting a group share of adjusted net income for continuing operations down 14.1% for the first half-year to 48 million euros and a group EBITDA up 65.6% to 466 million, or margin growth of 85 basis points to 2.5%. Turnover has reached 18.6 billion euros, with organic growth of 3.1%, driven by Latin America (+7.1%) and e-commerce (+10.5%) whilst France's contribution has stagnated (0.1% in organic growth).
