Vinci: Oddo BHF downgrades 'buy' rating

(CercleFinance.com) - Oddo BHF has downgraded its rating on the Vinci share from "buy" to "neutral," while inching up its target price from 90 euros to 91 euros, pointing out that the share has risen by 20% since the beginning of 2019 and 13% since it upgraded the share to "buy" at the end of January.


While the broker still appreciates the strength of the company's results, its guaranteed yield, the share's valuation is currently less attractive, with it trading at an FCF yield of just 6%, said the analyst who monitors the share.

In the near term, the broker cannot identify any positive catalysts, while certain events may weigh on the share's performance. As such, it currently prefers Eiffage, with its FCF yield of 8.7%.
