Ingenico: no answer to preliminary approach

(CercleFinance.com) - Ingenico Group announces that it has decided not to pursue preliminary approaches that it has been subject to for a potential strategic deal, and therefore terminates the work of the ad hoc committee.


The integrated payment solutions company intends to focus on accelerating its performance and prepare a new medium-term strategic plan. It will communicate this plan before its 2019 AGM.
