Capgemini: new governance structure implemented after AGM

(CercleFinance.com) - Capgemini announces that its AGM has adopted all of the resolutions put to vote, including the payment of a dividend of 1.
35 euro per share for FY 2019, which will be paid from 5 June after the coupon's detachment on 3 June.

In addition, the board of directors then decided to adopt a new corporate governance structure, under which Paul Hermelin will remain Chairman of the Board, while Aiman Ezzat assumes the role of Chief Executive Officer as the sole executive corporate officer.
