Capgemini: prepares to appoint new CFO

(CercleFinance.com) - Capgemini has said that it plans to appoint Carole Ferrand as its new CFO, replacing Aiman Ezzat, who has been working alongside Thierry Delaporte as Chief Operating Officer since 1 January 2018.


Ms Ferrand will join the IT group in June to take up her new duties. By then she will have resigned from her role as a director and a member of the Audit and Risk Committee, a position that she has had since May 2016.

With over 25 years' experience in finance, since January 2013 she has held the position of head of funding in Artémis group and is also in charge of the strategic and financial support of certain investments.
