Capgemini: Barclays upgrades its rating.

(CercleFinance.com) - Barclays, which downgraded its rating on the French digital services specialist in the third quarter, due to fears about growth, has decided to return to an "overweight" rating on the stock.


Indeed, despite of bumpy organic growth, Capgemini has managed to publish an "impressive" margin and free cash flow, says the broker, which believes that forecasts for 2017 are conservative and could actually be exceeded.

Given the estimated free cash flow yield for 2018 (7.4%), Barclays has also raised its target price for the share from 80 euros to 100 euros.
