Saint-Gobain: digital support for human resources

(CercleFinance.com) - Saint-Gobain is launching a new digital experience to promote internal mobility and recruitment, the company has said.


Internal mobility for employees will be facilitated via the Moov! platform, and the Join Us recruitment site will enhance the experience for external candidates.

Both sites are being rolled out - initially in France and the UK - before being extended to other countries where the group operates in 2021.

This improves visibility of career opportunities, applications in just a few clicks, simplification of the candidate management tool... In short, Saint-Gobain wants to offer a more modern digital experience to its employees and external candidates.

In 2020, Saint-Gobain recruited over 22,000 people worldwide and plans to maintain the same level of recruitment this year.
