Saint-Gobain: sells 10.75% stake in Sika

(CercleFinance.com) - Saint-Gobain, via its subsidiary Schenker-Winkler Holding AG (SWH), has begun to sell its entire stake in Sika of approximately 15.
2 million shares, which represents 10.75% of Sika's capital.

This divestment is being made via a private placement with qualified institutional investors by way of an accelerated book building process.

The final result and terms of the Private Placement will be announced by 27 May 2020.
