Saint-Gobain: Bryan Garnier downgrade 'buy' rating

(CercleFinance.com) - Today Bryan Garnier has downgraded its rating on the Saint-Gobain stock from “buy” to “neutral,” saying that its former stance was “too optimistic”.


The broker says, “We struggle to find strong reasons to maintain our positive rating on the stock today... the share price will have to deal with 1) difficult momentum..., 2) some uncertainties in the residential segment in France and Emerging markets outlook on the back of the trade war.”

Furthermore, the broker has cut its fair value for the share from 53 euros to 47 euros.
