Saint-Gobain: CEO's mandate renewed

(CercleFinance.com) - Saint-Gobain has announced that at its combined shareholder meeting, its board of directors has reappointed Pierre-André de Chalendar as Chairman and CEO.


In addition, the meeting approved of changes in Saint-Gobain's articles of association for the appointment of two directors to represent employees within the board, irrespective of its size.

Finally, it approved a dividend payment of 1.30 euro per share (vs. 1.26 euro for 2016), fully paid in cash. It will be detached on 11 June and will be paid from 13 June.
