Plastic Omnium: Oddo BHF remains on 'Buy'

(CercleFinance.com) - Oddo BHF confirms its 'Buy' recommendation on automotive component maker Plastic Omnium, sanctioned today at the Stock Exchange after publication of its half-yearly figures.
The target price of 45 euros augurs a growth potential of more than 20%.

The research note cites a “very solid publication” in line with expectations as regards turnover and above expectations (+8%) as regards earning per share and cash-flow generation.

Oddo BHF therefore maintains its opinion that Plastic Omnium “should be able to increase profits and improve margins, even if there is a slowdown in growth”. It should be noted that Plastic Omnium clearly wishes to accelerate growth.
