Veolia: makes 750 million euro bond loan

(CercleFinance.com) - Veolia announces that it has issued a 750 million euro bond at par, maturing in January 2030 (i.
e. for 11 years and one month) that has a coupon of 1.94%, the proceeds of which will be used for the company's general corporate purposes.

The quality of the group's order book and its very large size (up to 2.4 billion euros) have enabled Veolia to borrow 750 million euros, while substantially reducing the issue margin.

"The high level of oversubscription, the quality of the investor base and the good conditions that were achieved... are signals of the significant appreciation of Veolia's credit quality," the utilities group said.
