Veolia: BlackRock raises stake above 5% of VR

(CercleFinance.com) - Acting on behalf of its clients and funds it manages, US asset manager BlackRock has informed the AMF that on 8 November, it increased its stake in Veolia to above the threshold of 5% of the group's voting rights (VR), and that, for the said clients and funds, it now holds 5.
37% of the group's capital and 5.07% of its voting rights.

This threshold has been crossed due to purchases of Veolia shares on the market and the receipt of shares held as collateral.
