Veolia: BlackRock stake falls under 5% of voting rights
(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds under its management, has informed the AMF that on 14 August, its stake in Veolia fell below the threshold of 5% of its voting rights and that, on behalf of these clients and funds, it now holds 5.
27% of the group's capital and 4.98% of its voting rights.
This crossing of this threshold results from a sale of Veolia shares on the market and a restitution of shares held as collateral.
