Veolia: Blackrock stake exceeds 5% of voting rights

(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of its clients and funds managed, has notified the AMF that on 5 July it raised its stake in Veolia to above the threshold of 5% of the group's voting rights, with it now holding for the said clients and funds, 5.
34% of Faurecia's capital and 5.04% of its voting rights.

The crossing of this threshold results from both purchases of Veolia shares on the market and over-the-counter, as well as from a receipt of shares held as collateral.
