Schneider Electric: increases offer for Aveva shares

(CercleFinance.com) - Schneider Electric today issued a statement regarding its binding offer for all of Areva's issued (and to be issued) shares that it does not already hold.


Schneider Electric confirms that it has reached agreement on the terms of an improved and final cash offer at a price of 3,225 pence per Aveva share, as recommended by Aveva's Independent Directors' Committee.
