Schneider Electric: meeting approves 2019 dividend

(CercleFinance.com) - Schneider Electric says that its combined general meeting, which was held behind closed doors on 23 April 23, adopted all of the resolutions approved by its board of directors, including the payment of a dividend of 2.
55 euros per share for 2019.

Its shareholders also approved the renewal of the directorships of Léo Apotheker, Cécile Cabanis, Fred Kindle and Willy Kissling, as well as the appointment of a new director, Jill Lee.

The meeting also adopted the modification of the company's articles of association, so as to enable the appointment of the second director representing employees, by the European works council, while taking into account the legislative modifications.
