Schneider Electric: a director quits

(CercleFinance.com) - Schneider Electric Group today announces that Carolina Dybeck Happe, elected to its board of directors in April 2019, has accepted a new professional role that is incompatible with the continuation of her mandate.


She therefore resigned from Schneider Electric's board of directors on 25 November, with immediate effect.

On the recommendation of its Governance and Compensation Committee, the Board of Directors will propose, at the AGM of 23 April 2020, the appointment of Jill Lee as independent director, the group said.
