Schneider Electric: BlackRock stake exceeds 5% of VR

(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds under its management, has informed the AMF that on 10 October, its shareholding in Schneider Electric exceeded the threshold of 5% of its voting rights and that, for the said clients and funds, i.
e. now holds 5.27% of the group's capital and 5.03% of its voting rights (VR).

The crossing of this threshold results from OTC purchases of Schneider Electric shares and a receipt of shares held as collateral.
