Schneider Electric: Blackrock stake now below 5% of capital.

(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds under its management, has announced that it has reduced its stake to under the 5% threshold of Schneider Electric's capital and now holds, on behalf of its clients and funds, 4.
95% of the group's capital and 4.71% of its voting rights.

The crossing of this threshold results from the sale of Schneider Electric shares on the market and a decrease in the number of shares held as collateral.
