Schneider Electric: UBS upgrades from 'Sell'.

(CercleFinance.com) - UBS is upgrading its recommendation on Schneider Electric from “sell" to "neutral," while upping its target price from 52 euros to 68 euros, considering that progress in improving margins is already included in the share price, but that it has a “Balanced risk/reward”.


The broker says that it remains negative on the group's IT division and on Schneider Electric's exposure to China, and believes that the group's infrastructure business (medium voltage, transformers) has a muted outlook.

“However, we largely have a positive view on automation and construction exposure in the Industry and Building & Partner divisions, where Schneider is a leader in several categories.”
