Schneider Electric: Credit Suisse raises target price.

(CercleFinance.com) - Credit Suisse has confirmed its "outperform" rating on Schneider Electric, raising its target price from 68 euros to 73 euros.


Their analysts justify their position "based on improving end-markets (construction in Europe and China, and global industrial short cycle) and scope for further self-help through mix improvement and portfolio adjustments.”

Although it thinks that the cuts in EBITA and EPS estimate over 2017-18 are disappointing, Credit Suisse adds that its estimates are "now fully discounting the risks over lack of mix improvement and potential raw materials vs pricing timing".
