Havas: acquires 49% of Ganfood and HVS.

(CercleFinance.com) - Havas announced on Monday the acquisition of 49% of the shares of Ganfood, a consulting and design Agency, and HVS, a media agency in Algeria.


Ganfood has a portfolio of clients ranging from international brands to local clients, such as Heineken, Peugeot, Sanofi, Lafarge, Société Générale and Toudja, etc.

HVS has become one of the major media players in Algeria. The Agency works in both media consulting and buying space. It also has a portfolio of local and international clients, including brands such as Lactalis, Emirates, Hygienix, LG, Mango, IFRI, JDE, etc.
