Havas: creation of a joint venture with GIMC.

(CercleFinance.com) - Havas Group has announced the signing of a joint venture with Guangdong Advertising Group Co, China's largest advertising, marketing and communications group.


The Havas Group will own 51% of the new integrated media and creative agency, Havas GIMC Advertising Co., Ltd., based in Shanghai.

GIMC has a portfolio of over 300 clients, 85% of which have been loyal brands for over 5 years, such as: Dongfeng Nissan, GAC Group, China Mobile, China Telecom, Midea Group and Haitian Seasoning.
