Dassault Aviation: offers two planes to combat COVID-19

(CercleFinance.com) - Dassault Aviation announces that it is lending two Falcon business jets free of charge to the Ministry of the Armed Forces as part of "Operation Résilience" to help the effort against the Covid-19 health crisis.

These two aircraft - a Falcon 8X and a Falcon 900 - can carry 15 and 13 passengers. They are operated by crews of its subsidiary Dassault Falcon Service, which is specialised in aircraft maintenance and operations, based at Le Bourget airport near Paris.

Capable of landing at small airports, in all weather conditions and without requiring ground infrastructure, they can transport medical teams and equipment very quickly. The first mission took place on 5 April.
