Dassault Aviation: BoA Merrill Lynch downgrades stock

(CercleFinance.com) - Bank of America analyst Merrill Lynch today announced that it is downgrading its buy rating on the Dassault Aviation stock to "neutral".

The reasons? The weakness of the business aviation market, which slows EPS growth, with high expectations for Falcon deliveries - while the broker expects stability over 2019-2021. However, it appreciates the sound visibility on Rafale orders - particularly from India, France and Switzerland.

The analyst has therefore set a target price at 1,350 euros (vs. the share's current price of 1,156 euros).
