Seb: ORfA more than triples in H1

(CercleFinance.com) - Groupe Seb has reported H1 2021net income, group share of 151 million euros, compared with a token 3 million euros at end-June 2020, with an operating result from Activity (ORfA) that has more than tripled (+211%) to 320 million euros.


The household electrical appliance manufacturer posted sales of 3.61 billion euros, up 23.9%, including organic growth of 26.3%, based on a strong consumer business and a significant rebound in professional sales in the second quarter.

Seb has raised its 2021 reported sales growth assumption to above 10% (from around 10% previously) and is maintaining its operating margin forecast for the year at close to 10%, despite integrating additional costs.
